The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, assailing the order dated 27th September, 2024 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (hereinafter, ‘CESTAT’) as also the subsequent miscellaneous order bearing no. 50484/2024 dated 15th May, 2025. 3. The brief background of the case is that the Central Goods and Service Tax (hereinafter, ‘CGST’) Department had issued a Show Cause Notice (hereinafter, ‘SCN’) on 7th March, 2008 seeking to raise certain demands against the Petitioner.
