The present petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking to quash the FIR bearing No. 627/2022 dated 23.09.2022 for offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Mandawali Fazalpur, East Delhi, and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.
