This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking quashing of FIR no. 136/2013, dated 30.05.2013, under sections 379/356/411 IPC registered at PS GTB Enclave and subsequent proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. As per allegations in FIR, Petitioner snatched a polythene containing cash, bank passbooks and Voter ID card from the Respondent No.2. Petitioner was apprehended at the spot itself alongwith the stolen goods. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 lodged the aforesaid FIR against the Petitioner. The charge sheet was filed under sections 379/356/382/411 IPC. 3. During the proceedings, the parties amicably resolved their disputes in the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts and executed a Settlement Deed dated 04.11.2022. The parties also executed a Settlement Deed dated 05.12.2022. It is submitted that all the previous complaints and litigations initiated by the parties have been withdrawn and all conditions of the Settlement Agreement have been fulfilled including the payment of the total settlement amount of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees forty
