This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 0510/2024, dated 29.12.2024, registered at P.S Chhawala, Delhi under Sections 110/118(1)/126(2)/3(5) BNS (308/324/341/34 IPC) and all W.P.(CRL) 2290/2025 Page 1 of 4 Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:VAISHALI PRUTHI Signing Date:26.07.2025 11:54:28 proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. As per averments in the FIR, the petitioners caught respondent no.2 and caused him head injures with brick. He was also beaten up and was given teeth bite and fists blows. Consequently, FIR bearing no. 0510/2024 under Sections 110/118(1)/126(2)/3(5) BNS was registered. 3. During the course of proceedings, the parties amicably resolved their disputes and executed a Memorandum of Understanding cum Settlement Deed dated 10.07.2025. It is submitted that all conditions of the Settlement Agreement have been fulfilled including the payment of the total settlement amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) as per the schedule mentioned in the Settlement Deed. The copy of Memorandum of Understanding cum Settlement Deed dated 01.03.2025has been placed on record as Annexure P-2.
