This is a petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of FIR No. 595/2020, dated 24.09.2020, registered at P.S Samaypur Badli, Delhi under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2.
