This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (‘1996 Act’) seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator till 23.08.2026. 2. Petitioner is stated to be one of the largest integrated Facility Management Services company in India and is inter alia engaged in execution of several projects, such as, Electrification Projects, Emergency Response Services and Facility Management Services.
