Mr. Himanshu Tyagi, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has reported at his place of posting at Jodhpur. However, given his family exigencies, he prays that he may be granted liberty to approach the respondents to try and convince them to post him at a place where it could be more convenient. 2. We, accordingly, dispose of this writ petition without interfering with the posting presently granted to the petitioner. This shall, however, not inhibit the petitioner from moving an appropriate representation to the respondent seeking another posting.
