CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and seeks possession and damages. 2. Such suit was filed by her way back in the year 1995. 3. The limited prayer in the present petition is to the effect that the learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite the disposal of the abovesaid suit. 4. The plaintiff has already concluded her final arguments and case is now fixed for final arguments from the side of defendants. 5. The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 27.09.2025. 6. As per order dated 26.05.2025, when a request was made before the learned Trial Court by the plaintiff seeking pre-ponement of date of hearing, such request was declined by the learned Trial Court on account of its heavy board and it was also observed that the Court was busy in disposal of 30-years’ old cases in furtherance of directions of the District Courts 7.
