Such suit was filed by her way back in the year 1995. 3. The limited prayer in the present petition is to the effect that the learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite the disposal of the abovesaid suit. 4. The plaintiff has already concluded her final arguments and case is now fixed for final arguments from the side of defendants. 5.
