This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the Order dated 13.09.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the, ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 1334/2023, titled Kailash Chand Mittal v. Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Through its Commissioner and Anr., disposing of the O.A. filed by the petitioner herein with the following direction: “4.
