JUSTICE MANOJ JAIN J U D G M E N T (oral) 1. This is second round of litigation. 2. Earlier also, the petitioner had filed a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying therein that learned National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (in short ‘NCDRC’) may be requested to dispose of his complaint in a time-bound manner. 3. Such petition was dismissed by this Court while giving liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application in this regard before the learned NCDRC. 4. Armed with the aforesaid liberty, petitioner moved an application before learned NCDRC. However, vide order dated 04.06.2025 learned NCDRC has declined the request for preponement. 5. Such order is under challenge. 6. This Court is of the considered opinion that there is no reason to invoke the supervisory jurisdiction based on the aforesaid order whereby mere request for preponement has been declined. 7. Peti
