Ms. Himani @ Monika Goyal, whereby the learned Family Court has allowed the divorce petition filed by the respondent/husband on the grounds of cruelty under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. In brief, the facts necessary for the disposal of this appeal are that the marriage between the appellant/wife and the respondent/husband was solemnized on 15.05.2010 according to Hindu rites and ceremonies.
