The petitioner herein is Director of JD Company and when the matter was taken up by learned National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (in short “NCDRC”) on 27.06.2025, learned Commission made inquiry about the proposed Schedule of payment of decretal amount to which a statement was made at the Bar that the decretal amount shall be paid within two months. 3. However, since further query made by the learned Commission was not responded to, learned Commission declined to grant any adjournment and, simultaneously, has issued non-bailable warrants against Mr. Harpreet Singh Batra who is Director of JD Company. None appears on behalf of the respondents despite advance notice. 6. Fact, however, remains that the learned NCDRC has already fixed up the matter for 27.08.2025. 7. During course of arguments, learned counsel for petitioner (opposite party) submitted that even the complainant (decree holder) had no objection to such deposit and in such a situation, learned NCDRC should not have issued non-bailable warrants. 8.
