By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek to quash the FIR bearing No. 559/2014 dated 10.07.2014 for offences punishable under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Burari, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 4.
