This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 15.12.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the, ‘Tribunal’), in O.A. No. 813/2023, titled Saroj Nagar v. The Chief Secretary & Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the said O.A. filed by the respondent herein, with the following directions: “8. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I hereby quash and set aside the Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed W.P.(C) 8985/2025 Page 1 of 5 By:RENUKA NEGI Signing Date:08.07.2025 12:21:35 impugned order dated 25.08.2022 and 18.11.2022 with consequential reliefs to the applicant and accordingly direct the respondents to grant her ex post facto approval for study leave as has been granted in similar other cases, restore her earned leave, refund the recovered amount due to shortfall of earned leave and re-fix her salary treating the period under reference as study leaves.” 3. At the outset, we put to the learned counsel for the petitioners that this petition is highly belated and that no explanation has been provided for the delay in filing the same.
