The present appeal arises from judgment and award dated 05.07.2018 passed in MACP No. 1332 of 2014 by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Special), Rajkot. 2. Vide the impugned judgment and award, the applicant was awarded a sum of Rs. 3,15,000/- from the date of filing of the claim petition till actual deposit with interest at the rate of 9% per annum. 3.
