Petitioner-Committee was impleaded in Succession Case (Succ. Court No. 53344/2016) in terms of the order passed by this Court on 23.08.2021 in CM(M) No. 136/2021. While allowing its such impleadment in the above Succession Case, their objections were also directed to be taken on record. 2. Petitioner-Committee, merely, contends that by the time, they were impleaded in the aforesaid matter, plaintiff had already examined several witnesses and when he made request before the learned Trial Court to permit him to cross-examine such witnesses, such request has been declined and the petitioner has also been denied to lead any evidence in support of its objections. 3. This Court has gone through the impugned order dated 07.04.2025 as well as the order dated 23.08.2021 passed by this Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he only seeks opportunity to cross-examine petitioner Navjeet Singh Sachdeva (PW-2) and would not cross-examine any other witness.
