This appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the Order dated 07.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) 9155/2024, titled Delhi Jal Board v. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant was ready with the Demand Draft for the deposit. She submits that the delay was due to administrative reasons in taking approvals for compliance of the Court Order. 7. While we do not appreciate the reasons for the delay caused, especially when it is a condition for the stay of the Industrial Award, however, given the peculiar facts of this case, we direct that on the appellant depositing the entire awarded amount, inclusive of interest, with the Registry of this
