The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking to quash the FIR No. 838/2021 dated 18.11.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 279/337 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar (“subject FIR”) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.
