None appear on behalf of the petitioner even in the revised call. 2. Learned AGA has pointed out from the counter affidavit that the application of the petitioner has been forwarded to Under Secretary of the State Government on 17.2.2025. In view of the fact that the application has now been forwarded to the State Authorities, we are of the view that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending. 3. Under such circumstances, the Under Secretary, U.P. Shasan Karagar Prashasan Evam Sudhar Anubhag-II Lucknow is directed to decide the case of the petitioner within the next three months from the date production of certified copy of this order. 4. In case, the Under Secretary is not authorized to decide the case, he may place the entire records of the case before the appropriate authority who shall decide the case within three months from
