Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel appearing for the private respondent. 2. This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the first information report dated 18.12.2024, registered as Case Crime No.359 of 2024, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352 & 351 (2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Koraon, District- Prayagraj. 3. Due to matrimonial dispute, respondent no.4 had lodged an FIR and for quashing of it, the petitioners had filed the instant writ petition. The matter was remitted to the Mediation Centre of the Allahabad High Court by an order dated 17.1.2025, wherein the parties had settled the matter. The settlement agreement has been forwarded by the Mediation Centre to this Court. From paragraphs 7 and 8, it is clear that parties have settled their d
