When the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, the petitioners were required to deposit a sum of Rs.35,000/-. However, there is a report from the Mediation Centre that no amount has been deposited by the petitioners. Learned AGA also informs that charge-sheet in the case has been submitted by the police. Under such circumstances, no further order is required to be passed. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
