Both the petitioners are major as per their Aadhar Cards which are placed on record and stated to have married out of their own free will. 3. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions has stated that there is no F.I.R. on the basis of which the petitioners may apprehend arrest or any police action against them. 4. Once the petitioners are major and have married out of their free will, it is provided that their liberty shall not be interfered with in any manner except by adopting due process under law. 5.
