This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 03.05.2025, bearing Case Crime/F.I.R No.0101 of 2025, for the offence under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 118(1) of B.N.S and sections 3(2)(va) & 3(1)(Gha) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, registered at Police Station-Arval, District-Hardoi. 3.
