This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 13.07.2025, bearing Case Crime/F.I.R No.0186 of 2025, for the offence under sections 115(2), 110, 352, 351(3), 324(4) and 3(5) of B.N.S, registered at Police Station-Baldirai, District-Sultanpur. 3.
