This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 08.07.2025, bearing Case Crime/F.I.R No.0340 of 2025, for the offence under sections 316(2), 351(3) and 79 of B.N.S, registered at Police Station-Chinhat, District-Lucknow. 3.
