No. 119 of 2025 under Sections 69, 352, 351(3), 131, 3(5) BNS and 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(dha), 3(2)(va) SC ST Act Police Station Bhiti district Ambedkar Nagar. 3. The allegation levelled in the first information report against the petitioner do not make out case under section 69 BNS, prima facie. The rest of the offences, the protection of section 35(3) BNSS is applicable. 4.
