Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. The F.I.R. impugned herein is registered as F.I.R. No.119 of 2025 under Sections 69, 352, 351 (3), 131, 3(5) BNS and 3(1) (Da), 3(1) (dha), 3(2) (va) SC ST Act, Police Station Bhiti, District Ambedkar Nagar. From a perusal of the allegations made in the F.I.R., it cannot be said that a cognizable offence is not made out against the petitioner, so the relief as claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition cannot be granted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
