On account of matrimonial dispute as regards the land property, the F.I.R. has come to be lodged as Case Crime No.0048 of 2025 under Sections 419, 420 & 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kamlapur, District Sitapur. Although a compromise has been arrived between the parties but the same is not signed by all the persons named in the F.I.R. The compromise between the parties, however, is not disputed by the informant. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to institute the same with the compromise entered into between the informant and all the persons named in the F.I.R.
