The F.I.R. impugned herein is registered as case crime no. 0038 of 2025 under Sections 376, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(V) of the S.C./S.T. Act, police station Mahila Thana, district Ayodhya. 3. From a perusal of the allegations made in the F.I.R., it cannot be said that a cognizable offence is not made out against the petitioner, so the relief as claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition cannot be granted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.
