This writ petion is filed seeking protection to the life and personal liberty of the petitioners who are stated to have married each other out of their free well. Although the age of the petitioner no. 1(wife) is stated to be 19 years but the same is based on the Aadhar card issued in the year 2016. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the details for obtaining Aadhar Card were furnished by the father of the petitioner no. 1 at the relevant point of time. Thus whatever age has been recorded in the Aadhar Card is the only proof available with her.
