Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. As per instructions received by learned A.G.A., there is no F.I.R. lodged as on date against the petitioner nor he is wanted in any case. It is however informed that some application has been made by one Veeru son of Sri Shivpal wherein there is mention of the name of the petitioner. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to co- operate with the ongoing investigation in any case provided his statement is in any manner relevant for police investigation. 4. This however does not suggest that the petitioner may be harassed or his personal liberty is otherwise violated in a manner subversive of law. 5. The writ petion is accordingly disposed of. .
