Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Notice under Section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Control of Goondas Act, 1970 was issued to the petitioner on 08.07.2024 requiring him to appear before the concerned officer on 02.08.2025. However, he failed to appear before the concerned officer in compliance of the notice. The default on the part of the petitioner has resulted into issuance of bailable warrant. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the very notice issued against him is vague and is based on general allegations. It is submitted that the petitioner is a law abiding citizen and the two criminal cases pending against him are not of grave nature. 4. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to appear before the officer concerned within a period of two weeks from today. In case a reply
