And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajesh Kumar Kashyap Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Attau Rahman Masoodi,J. Hon'ble Shree Prakash Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.4 to register the F.I.R against opposite parties no.7 and 8. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has lodged a missing report of his wife in the police station. Learned A.G.A on the basis of instructions has stated that the wife of the petitioner is residing at her maternal home out of her own will. Thus, the prayer made in the writ petition is misconceived. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. (Shree Prakash Singh,J.)
