Under challenge in this writ petition is the First Information Report No.21 of 2025 dated 08.02.2025 lodged by the opposite party no.4 at Police Station Tarun, District Ayodhya under Sections 314, 316(5), 318(4), 336(3) B.N.S. On a plain reading of the F.I.R. impugned in this writ petition, it cannot be said that a cognizable offence is not made out. The allegations levelled in the F.I.R. are specific to the effectg that the attendance recorded and maintained by the institution was not a truthful document contrary to which the attendance of those trainees was found short rather the institution was found closed on the said date for which there was a mark on attendance register.
