Control of Goondas Act, 1970 on 30.6.2025 which fact has not been specifically averred in the writ petition. Be that as it may, if a reply to the notice is already submitted by the petitioner as informed to this Court, the competent authority may consider and pass necessary order on the response so filed and until then, the petitioner shall not be subjected to harassment.
