This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 17.12.2024 giving rise to Case Crime No. 282 of 2024, under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 IPC, Police Station - Lalauli, District - Fatehpur. 3. When there was a dispute between first informant and the accused persons Rajendra Kumar Jauhari and Devendra Singh Patel then the accused Rajendra Kumar Jauhari filed the instant writ petition. The matter was referred to the mediation center where the parties amicably settled the matter and entered into a settlement agreement on 21.5.2025.
