Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. The F.I.R. impugned herein is registered as case crime no. 0529 of 2018 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 409 I.P.C., police station Raniganj, district Pratapgarh. On a perusal of the contents of the FIR impugned here in this writ petition, it is gathered that the allegations levelled against the petitioner who was working as data entry operator are serious in nature. Once the contents of the FIR disclose cognizable offence against the petitioner, any interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is uncalled for.
