Allegations levelled in the impugned first information report regarding snatching of money and golden chain besides causing grievous hurt to the complainant is evident from the plain reading of the first information report thus, it cannot be said that the first information report does not disclose a cognizable offence. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the applicant to avail of the remedy of anticipatory/regular bail before the competent court. 4.
