Looking to the criminal history particularly of the recent offences, which have repeatedly been committed, Gangsters Act has been imposed upon the petitioner. The approval for inflicting Gangsters Act has been granted adhering the procedure prescribed under law. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail of the remedy of anticipatory/regular bail before the competent court. 3.
