On a close scrutiny of the F.I.R. impugned here in this writ petition, it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out. From a plain reading of the contents of the same, the plea of alibi, which was emphasized by the petitioner, may be a ground for bail and subject matter of investigation, however, on such a premise, a case for quashing of the F.I.R. is not made out. The writ petition for want of any plausible and just ground, calling for interference, is hereby dismissed without prejudice to right of anticipatory bail/regular bail available to the petitioner under the provisions of BNSS.
