The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus against the opposite party no.2 to conduct the investigation in a fair manner. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, has submitted that two persons have already been arrested in connection with the case crime in question and further investigation against other persons involved, if any, is going on. It is directed that the investigation would be brought to its logical end without any inordinate delay. We expect that the Investigating Officer would conclude the investigation proceedings expeditiously in accordance with law. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
