On a plain reading of the First Information Report impugned herein, this cannot be said that congnizable offence is not made out, particularly when the instructions reveal that injuries have also been sustained by the victim. 2. The submission made before this Court to the relevance of the purposes of bail, but nothing turns on the ground sought before this Court for quashing of the impugned First Information Report. Thus, the instant writ petition cannot be entertained under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and the same is rejected without prejudice to the remedy of anticipatory/regular bail before the Competent Court.
