This writ petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report dated 21.12.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 0466 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 319(2) & 82 of the B.N.S., Police Station- Kanth, District Moradabad. 3. Petitioners were directed to settle the matter in the Mediation Center. For that purpose Rs.35,000/- is directed to be deposited. However, it has been reported that the money as required has not been deposited. 4. In view of the above, interim order, granted earlier, stands vacated. 5.
