Learned A.G.A. raises an objection to the effect that the petitioner has an alternative remedy under Section 175(4) of B.N.S.S. 4. We do find substance in the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
