This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(1) Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of CERTIORARI quashing the show cause notice, dated 26.06.2025 U/s 3(1) the U.P. Constrol of Goondas Act, 1970 (U.P. No. VIII) of 1971, issued by the respondent no. 3 passed in Case No. 36 of 2025, State versus Lalit Yadav, U/s 2/3 the U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970 (U.P. No. VIII) of 1971. (2) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ restraining the respondents not to pass order of externment against the petitioner in pursuance of impugned show cause notice dated - 26.06.2025." 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the writ petition and has submitted that the petitioner has an effacious remedy of filing a reply to the show c
