This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the first information report dated 13th March, 2025 registered as Case Crime No. 106 of 2025. Still further the petitioner has prayed that the respondent authorities may not arrest the petitioner in Case Crime No.106 of 2025, under Sections 115 (2), 352, 351 (3) and 140 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station-Rasra, District-Ballia. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the case of the petitioner is similar to the case of petitioner in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 13851 of 2025 (Samrat Singh @ Abhi Singh Vs. State of U.P. & 3 Others), wherein the petitioner therein was granted relief on 3rd July, 2025. 4. Matter requires consideration. 5.
