This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the Letter/Order dated 23.06.2025 issued by the respondent no. 3, Police Station - Baghauchghat, District - Deoria. 3. The instant writ petition is premature. If any action is taken under Section 14 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 (hereinafter referred to as the "Gangsters Act"), the petitioner has remedy under Section 15 of the Gangsters Act. 4.
