Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. After a notice dated 9.12.2024 was issued to the petitioner under the Uttar Pradesh Control of Goondas Act, 1970, the petitioner had replied to the same. Thereafter, a full fledged order has been passed on 26.6.2025, which has been impugned in the present petition. 3. Learned AGA has opposed the petition and has submitted that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 6 of the U.P. Control of Goondas Act. 4. We do find substance in the submission made by the learned AGA appearing for the State. Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. 5.
