Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. 1. Earlier the FIR was lodged under Section 11(1)(I) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 read with Section 325 of B.N.S., 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that with regard to that FIR the petitioner had got himself released on bail. He states that a further section has now been added after investigation being Section 3/5/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955. 3. Learned AGA submits that the petitioner can approach the Court which had granted him the bail. 4. In that view of the matter, the petitioner can definitely approach that very Court again.
