The petitioner aggrieved by the fact that the application for premature release of the petitioner has not been attended to had filed the instant writ petition. 3. Learned AGA states that the application would be disposed of expeditiously. 4. In such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the respondent no. 1 to decide the application dated 16.6.2025 filed by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 5.
